Description
Interacting with difficult people may seem like a rare occurrence in our work environment, but it can happen at any time. Often disgruntled people want to complain about their situation, and we are the ones that have to interact with them.
In this presentation we will discuss some fundamental strategies in interacting with these individuals and what-to-do options if the situation becomes more aggressive.
