Description
Designed specifically for community college educators, this series will provide opportunities for reflective dialogue, collaborative discussion, and practical application of instructional strategies that foster equitable and inclusive learning environments. Participants will examine how warm demander practices can strengthen student engagement, accountability, belonging, and persistence across diverse classroom settings.
Through guided discussions, case studies, and interactive activities, participants will consider how their own teaching philosophies, communication styles, and classroom structures can promote both rigor and care.
This series is ideal for participants interested in:

Participants who register for the series (up to 10 faculty members) will receive a free copy of the book. Please register for all three sessions.
